Papers Warn S. Korean Warmongers Not to Go Reckless
Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) -- Han Min Gu, puppet minister of Defense of south Korea, let loose a spate of invectives against the DPRK, asserting that its test-fire of ballistic missile from its strategic submarine was a "reckless provocation and threat". In the wake of his outbursts Choe Yun Hui, puppet chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, made a trip to Ryonchon, Kyonggi Province during which he cried out for scorching the "enemy's bases for provocation and forces commanding and supporting them". Jong Ho Sop, puppet navy chief of staff, and Ri Sang Hun, commander of the puppet marine corps and commander for defending northwestern islands, inspected their units, ordering them to "contain" and "punish enemy force."

Commenting on this, papers Tuesday term those outbursts a deliberate provocative racket for pushing the tense situation on the Korean peninsula into the worst catastrophe.

The north-south relations have reached an acute phase of confrontation entirely due to the criminal moves of the puppet conservative group to stifle the compatriots in the north in league with foreign forces, Rodong Sinmun says, and goes on:

Quite clear is what the puppet military warmongers are seeking in escalating the tension to an extreme phase through the above-said war drumbeating. Their aim is to justify the provocative war drills being staged by them together with foreign forces against the DPRK under the pretext of "its threat," a fiction, and, furthermore, ignite a nuclear war against it.

The puppet forces are now recklessly bringing the dark clouds of a nuclear war to hang over the Korean peninsula. It is ridiculous for them to talk about "punishment" as they are no more than colonial stooges and war servants of the U.S.

Minju Joson warns the puppet group not to act rashly if they do not want to meet a disastrous end.
