The bulletin in an article titled "Echo of June 15" said the north-south summit was held for the first time after 55-year division of the Korean nation and the historic June 15 joint declaration was adopted for settling the issue of national reunification independently and peacefully.

As soon as the declaration was open to public, it won the positive support and sympathy from the broad international community as well as the Korean nation and a new era was opened in the cause of Korea's reunification, the bulletin said, and went on:

The June 15 era for reunification, however, faced grave challenges after Lee Myung Bak took power in south Korea.

The Lee Myung Bak group totally negated the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, an action programme for the joint declaration.

Tense north-south relations are getting worse due to the Park Geun Hye regime.

The Korean nation is waging a nationwide struggle to carry out the June 15 joint declaration and bring about the era of peace, reunification and prosperity.

The international community sincerely hopes that the Korean nation will reunify the country under the banner of the June 15 joint declaration at an early date and consolidate peace and stability on the Korean peninsula.
