Russian Papers Introduce DPRK
Pyongyang, May 25 (KCNA) -- Russian papers gave publicity to the DPRK.

Rossiskaya Gazeta on May 12 carried an article of its correspondent illustrated with a photo of the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill and more than 40 other photos showing monumental edifices and true picture of Pyongyang.

The article said the correspondent witnessed for himself realities of the DPRK as a lot of misinformation about it was afloat these days.

The appearance of the capital city of the DPRK, land of Juche, has undergone a dramatic change as new apartment houses and recreation grounds are now under construction in different places.

Marshal Kim Jong Un is paying great attention to the work and living of scientists.

The Munsu Water Park, the People's Open-air Ice Rink and many other facilities for cultural amenities sprang up in Pyongyang in recent years.

Construction is making brisk headway in other cities of the DPRK.

Komsomolskaya Pravda on May 13 carried a photo-accompanied article introducing the Masikryong Ski Resort.

The article introduced in detail the ski resort, noting that enthusiasm for skiing at the resort was running high.

Touring the resort, many foreigners appreciated it as a world level ski resort, a proof of a highly civilized socialist country.
