Fruit of Acer saccharinum
Pyongyang, May 19 (KCNA) -- Teachers and researchers of Pyongyang Agricultural College of Kim Il Sung University recently confirmed that the fruit can be used for feed as it is highly rich in protein.

They succeeded in processing the fruit through denaturation and microbiological fermentation to raise its nutritive value.

After processing, its protein content reaches over 30%.

The fruit doubles or quadruples bean in per hectare yield.
