| Pyongyang, May 17 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Saturday sent a congratulatory message to David Arthur Granger, president-elect of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.
