He went round the monument to the on-site guidance of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the room for education in the revolutionary history.

He said that the fish farm, built on the personal initiative of Kim Il Sung, is associated with the undying feats of Kim Jong Il who had worked heart and soul with his desire to provide the servicepersons and civilians with famous and delicious fish dishes.

He enjoyed a bird's-eye view of the fish farm that underwent a cataclysmic change under the care of Kim Jong Il and the WPK.

The environment of the farm is very nice and it fully embodied the Party's policy of turning the country into a thick woodland and greenery, he said with pleasure, adding that the farm looks like a botanical garden and it changed beyond recognition.

He noted that Kim Jong Il provided vast fund for updating the Sinchang Fish Farm for the servicepersons and civilians as a model of the country during the hard time. It is a fruit of Kim Jong Il's warm love for the people, he said.

Proposing building a mosaic depicting the smiling image of Kim Jong Il in the precinct of the fish farm, he personally appointed the site for it.

After being briefed on the farm before the panoramic picture he went round several fishing ponds, hatchery of sturgeon, springs and other parts of the farm to learn in detail about its management and operation.

The Sinchang Fish Farm, situated in the most ideal place for pisciculture in the light of physiography and ecological environment, is a large-scale fish farm to be proud of before the world for its production area and output, he said.

Saying the farm has not only gained rich experience in pisciculture but also laid a strong material and technical foundation, he urged it to strive for a higher goal and thus fulfill its mission and role as the fish farm representing the ever-developing pisciculture of the country and an exemplary educational unit in developing the country's fish farming.

It is a firm resolution of the Party to make the revolution in fish farming started by the Generalissimos sweep the whole country, he said, giving important teachings to bring about a fresh turn in the country's fish farming.

He expressed expectation and belief that the officials and employees of the farm would play a vanguard role in developing the country's pisciculture and had a photo session with them.
