DPRK Lauded by Nigerian Body
Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism posted on its website an article titled "Country of workers" on May 2.

The DPRK is a country in which the political freedom and rights of the working class are guaranteed legally and socially, the article said, adding:

Ordinary workers are freely taking part in the state administration such as elections to the organs of state power and have the right to elect and to be elected regardless of occupation, property, education, etc.

Those who are able to work can choose jobs and are provided with them by the state according to their hopes and skills under the socialist labor law.

The state provides honored disabled soldiers, weak persons and welfare recipients with jobs suitable to them for the purpose of helping improve their health and standard of living.

The great importance attached to the working class in the DPRK can be well illustrated by annual art performances and receptions given by the party and the state to mark May Day every year.
