Present there were Kim Jin Bom, chairman of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Association and vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, officials concerned and working people in Pyongyang, Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Matsegora and staff members of his embassy and other Russian guests staying in the DPRK.

The participants watched a Soviet feature film.
