S. Korean Puppet Authorities' Suppression of Demonstrators Flayed
Pyongyang, May 6 (KCNA) -- The south Korean paper Hangyore carried an editorial on May 3.

The editorial recalled that the south Korean authorities ruthlessly cracked down on demonstrators in Seoul on May 1 and 2.

The police laid cordon with buses to block bereaved families and citizens from going to Chongwadae in demand of the abolition of the "government's enforcement ordinance" and encircled them before firing water guns to spray tear liquid, it charged, adding: Many people fell unconscious and were walked off by the police.

It declared that no crackdown can tone down the voices of the people demanding the probe into truth.

It demanded an immediate halt to the action to bring the "proposed enforcement ordinance" up for discussion at the "state council meeting", though belatedly.
