Revision of Pacifist Constitution Opposed in Japan
Pyongyang, May 5 (KCNA) -- Voices critical of the revision of the Pacifist Constitution are growing stronger in Japan with the U.S. visit by its prime minister as a momentum, according to CBS of south Korea.

Citizens held rallies denouncing the government's move to revise the constitution across Japan including Yokohama on May 3.

The participants demanded the government stop revising the constitution aimed to turn Japan into a war country and keep the constitution.

The opinion poll conducted by Japanese media said 63 percent of the respondents opposed the attempt of the authorities to revise the constitution which stipulates war renouncement and ban on having an army.
