Present there were bereaved families of the ferry Sewol disaster, members of the All-People Measure Council for Ferry Sewol Disaster, the April 16 Family Consultative Council and other civic and public organizations and citizens, more than 5 000 in all.

Speakers demanded Park Geun Hye roll back the "enforcement ordinance" as regards the ferry Sewol disaster and take measures to find out those missing.

They said workers would join in the actions against the regime which sent more than 300 persons to the bottom of the sea and the regime exploiting workers.

Members of healthcare organizations branded the ferry disaster as the one caused by those who were seeking increased profits rather than caring for people's lives and security.
