It recalled that the U.S. and Japan pushed forward the revision of "the Japan-U.S. defence cooperation guidelines" in a bid to help the latter exercise "right to collective self-defense" and are mulling finally confirming it on April 27.

The guidelines pose a serious threat to the peace on the Korean peninsula and security of the nation as the peninsula is regarded as the top priority target of Japan's exercise of "right to collective self-defense", the organization noted, and continued:
