As a result, the U.S.-south Korea "Extended Deterrence Policy Committee" and "Committee for Coping with Missiles" aimed at carrying out "tailored deterrence strategy" have merged into the "Deterrence Strategy Committee".

The U.S. and south Korean warmongers blustered at the recent meeting that they would elaborate on "4D operation concept" and round off it as OPLAN.

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun says on Monday:

This is an extremely dangerous reckless action to complete the structure for a preemptive nuclear attack under the pretext of the fictitious "nuclear and missile threats" from the DPRK and ignite a nuclear war against it at any cost.

The substantial threat to the Korean peninsula is the threat of a nuclear war posed by the U.S. and south Korean regime to the DPRK.

It is shameless, indeed, for the U.S. and south Korean regime to pull up the DPRK over its non-existent "nuclear and "missile threats."

Their noisy trumpeting about those threats is nothing but a third-rate artifice to justify their moves to ignite a nuclear war against the DPRK and legalize the deployment of THAAD in south Korea, in particular.

Their attempt to launch a preemptive attack on the DPRK under the pretext of coping with the above-said threats is as foolish an act as jumping into fire with faggot on their back.

They would be well advised to bear in mind the warning of the DPRK and stop acting rashly.
