S. Korean Authorities Accused of Evading Blame for Heinous Scandal
Pyongyang, April 25 (KCNA) -- The south Korean paper Seoul Sinmun on April 23 in an editorial accused the puppet authorities of evading the blame for heinous scandal.

The editorial recalled that as regards the "prime minister's" tendering of his resignation Park Geun Hye said she hoped that the "prosecution would make a proper investigation on the level of political reform to probe the truth."

The Song Wan Jong case is the worst scandal of those in power in history as leading confidants of Park including the former and incumbent Presidential chiefs were involved in it, the editorial noted, and continued:

However, Park is issuing instructions only, regarding the scandal as others' wrong, without saying even a word of apology though she is responsible for the state administration.

Now is the time to focus efforts on rooting out the corruption of those in power by the way of surgical operation, not to just vociferate about political reform.

The above-said case would have been unthinkable apart from illicit political funds for "presidential elections" in 2007 and 2012.

The resignation of Ri Wan Gu does not mean the end of the vicious scandal in which core elements of the regime were involved.
