Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, elaborated that the President indicated the road of the world progressive parties and people in their struggle for independence against imperialism and for progress and prosperity and led the human cause of independence to victory.

Tani Baler Lopera, international secretary of the Communist Party of Peru "Red Motherland", said that the President achieved the historic cause of national liberation, founded the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK and devoted himself to the reunification of the country and unity of the nation all his life.

Eleazar Ramos Loarte, secretary general of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism－Kimjongilism, noted that the President was the genius of idea and theory and the great master of leadership who founded the immortal Juche idea and led the Korean revolution to victory by enlisting the strength of the popular masses.

Yuri Castro Romero, secretary general of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship, emphasized that supreme leader of the Korean people Kim Jong Un is leading the DPRK to victory true to the last instructions of the preceding leaders.
