Ferry Sewol Disaster in S. Korea Was Product of Unpopular Rule: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, April 17 (KCNA) -- The ferry Sewol disaster was an inevitable one caused by the unpopular rule of the south Korean puppet regime and its deliberate massacre, says Rodong Sinmun Friday in an article.

The article goes on:

Nothing has been settled properly though it is one year since the disaster. Such issues as recovery of all the bodies of victims, salvage of the sunken ship, probe into the truth behind the disaster, punishment of those responsible for it and apology of authorities have not yet been settled though they are unanimously demanded by bereaved families and people from all walks of life.

The puppet regime that has been busy rubbing salt in the wounds of the bereaved families and other people from all walks of life recently advanced what it called "enforcement ordinance for special law on the ferry Sewol".

As far as the ordinance is concerned, it is aimed to restrict the independent activities of the ad hoc investigation committee for the ferry Sewol disaster and prevent it from properly probing truth behind the disaster.

Under such situation one can hardly expect that the truth behind the disaster would be properly probed.

Far from probing truth behind the disaster, that may cause second and third ferry Sewol disasters.

The reality eloquently proves that people from all walks of life in south Korea should turn out in mass actions for forcing the present traitorous regime to step down in order not to allow the similar tragedy to repeat itself.
