Comrade Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people, was the prominent leader who liberated Korea from the military occupation of the Japanese imperialists and founded the DPRK.

He humbled the arrogant U.S. imperialists and provided the rosy future of Korea with the rays of Juche.

Under his wise leadership the DPRK achieved signal successes and turned into a socialist power.

Comrade Kim Il Sung together with HE Hafez Al-Assad laid the foundation of the friendly relations between Syria and the DPRK.

The two countries have struggled against the U.S. imperialists' moves to stifle them.
