DPRK Government Delegation Leaves for Russia

Pyongyang, April 13 (KCNA) -- A DPRK government delegation led by Ro Tu Chol, vice-premier of the Cabinet, left here on Monday to take part in the ceremony of inaugurating the year of friendship between the DPRK and Russia to be held in Moscow.
