They were held in Bucharest, Romania and by the branches of the Ethiopian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, Indonesian companies and a Malaysian company between March 27 and April 5.

The chairman of the Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania said:

The President, born into the most patriotic and revolutionary family, was not only the great leader of the Korean people who devoted his whole life to the prosperity of the country and happiness of its people but the most prominent elder statesman in the 20th century who made great contributions to the global cause of independence.

The world knows no such a prominent leader as the President who embarked upon the road of revolution in his teens, founded the immortal Juche idea, liberated the country and led the socialist construction to victory despite the imperialists' moves for aggression.

The Korean people are holding him in high esteem as the eternal sun of Juche.

We will intensify information service on his greatness among the Romanian people.

The chief of a branch of the Ethiopian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism praised the President for founding the Korean People's Revolutionary Army on April 25, 1932 and defeating the two imperialist powers.
