Order of Kim Il Sung Awarded to Two Men of Merit

| Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) -- Order of Kim Il Sung was conferred on Tong Jong Ho and Choe Ho Sik on the occasion of the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung. They powerfully encouraged the people to carry out the last instructions of the leader and uphold the party's policies by meticulously organizing political work and economic management and thus contributed to the building of a socialist economic power and the improvement of the people's living standard. Meanwhile, Kim Il Sung Prize went to Kim Pun Son who contributed to glorifying the ideological and theoretical exploits of the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu, and firmly arming the party members, service personnel and working people with great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism while working in the press field for a long period. Relevant decrees of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly were issued on Wednesday. |
