University Graduates Volunteer to Work at Schools on Remote Islets, Mountain Villages
Pyongyang, April 7 (KCNA) -- Many university graduates across the DPRK have volunteered to work at schools in remote areas.

Over the past decade more than 800 university graduates volunteered to teach children on islets in forefront areas and in remote villages in mountains.

A number of university graduates volunteered to work at those schools this year, too.

Among them were graduates from Ri Su Dok Wonsan Teacher Training College, Wonsan University of Education, Kim Jong Suk University of Education, O Jung Hup Chongjin University of Education No. 1, Kanggye University of Education No. 1, Kim Jong Thae Haeju University of Education No. 1 and Jo Ok Hui Haeju Teacher Training College. The number of volunteers is on the steady increase.
