The slogan "Let the world people advocating independence unite!" put up by the President clearly indicates the main principles and tasks for achieving the unity of the anti-imperialist independent forces and ways to do so, the article notes, and goes on:

The President performed great exploits in strengthening the unity of the world people advocating independence by wisely leading the Workers' Party of Korea and the government of the DPRK to firmly adhere to the foreign policy tenet--independence, peace and friendship--and fully implement it.

The President visited many foreign countries, encouraging the world people in their struggle for independence and thereby performing undying exploits for strengthening unity and might of the anti-imperialist independent forces.

His precious instruction to counter by dint of the strategy of unity the imperialist reactionaries' moves to split and alienate the world people and their strategy of destroying those forces one by one is the immutable truth which the world progressives should regard as important guidelines in the whole course of the struggle for accomplishing the cause of global independence and it is their historical task to achieve unity.

The Korean people will as ever take the lead in the struggle for defending socialism under the uplifted banner of anti-imperialist struggle and thus powerfully encourage the world people in their struggle and make a positive contribution to the accomplishment of the cause of global independence.
