Lovoda, secretary of the Regional Political Council of the Nakhodka City Branch of the Maritime Territory of the "United Russia" Party, praised Kim Il Sung as a prominent leader who laid a strong foundation for the DPRK to always emerge victorious, undeterred by the moves of the U.S. to stifle it.

Thanks to his leadership, the DPRK has turned into a socialist power, weathering all sorts of difficulties and trials.

Mishkin, chairman of the Nakhodka Regional Committee of the A Just Russia, said:
