The statement said:

On March 26, the Japanese police authorities committed a fascist violence of searching the houses of the chairman and a vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon who are deputies to the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK.

Chongryon is a legitimate overseas citizens' organization of the DPRK that makes every effort for the development of good neighborly and friendly relations between the peoples of the two countries while playing the role of a diplomatic mission of the DPRK in Japan in the absence of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The illegal search clearly showed that the bad blood of the Japanese authorities toward the DPRK and the Korean people has reached a dangerous phase.

The People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party and the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Kyrgyzstan strongly censure the Japanese authorities for their crackdown on Chongryon.

We urge the Japanese authorities to make an apology to the government of the DPRK and Chongryon and punish those responsible.
