The Bulgarian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said:

Chongryon is a dignified organization protecting the democratic national rights of the Koreans in Japan.

The recent repressive action of Japan clearly proves that it is not reflecting on the crimes it committed against the Korean people in the past, after throwing off even the mask of the "law-governed state" and "democratic state," oblivious of the lesson taught by history still now nearly 70 years since its defeat in the war.

We strongly demand the Japanese authorities stop at once the suppression of Koreans in Japan, apologize for the past crimes and stop joining the U.S. in its moves to stifle the DPRK.

The Youth Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in a state of Austria noted:

The Japanese government is to wholly blame for the search for the houses of officials of Chongryon.

The recent action will seriously affect the DPRK-Japan relations.

We urge the Japanese government to stop acting rashly and make an honest apology.
