The work, published on Oct. 16, Juche 83 (1994), deals with the issue of strengthening the party and the single-minded unity of the leader, party and masses, the issue of thoroughly implementing the party's revolutionary economic strategy, the issue of strengthening the People's Army and establishing the social atmosphere of attaching importance to the military affairs and the tasks and ways of defending and accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Kim Il Sung.
