Constantin Rotaru, chairman of the Party for Socialist Choice of Romania, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The chairman said that the committee was formed with progressive personages in Romania on the occasion of the Day of the Sun, the greatest holiday of the Korean people, and added that the committee fixed the celebration period from Mar. 25 to April 15 and would arrange colorful events such as a seminar, meeting, lecture and film show.
