Minju Joson Condemns U.S. Hostile Policy toward DPRK
Pyongyang, March 27 (KCNA) -- The U.S. is chilling the efforts of the DPRK to defuse tension and create a peaceful atmosphere on the Korean peninsula.

Minju Joson Friday observes in a commentary in this regard:

The U.S. is seeking to push the situation on the peninsula to an extreme pitch of strain, keep the tension as long as possible in a bid to make the DPRK not channel its efforts into building economy and improving the people's living standard.

The evermore intensified U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK in the political, economic, military, cultural and all other fields is a wanton encroachment upon the sovereignty of the DPRK and its rights to existence and development and a grave criminal act of breaching international law.

It is the independent right of the DPRK to choose any ideology, any social system and any way of life. No one is entitled to slander and obstruct it.

Nevertheless, the U.S. is seeking an opportunity to collapse the DPRK as the former is not pleased with the ideology, social system and the way for economic development of the DPRK. To this end, the U.S. is slapping tougher economic sanctions against the DPRK and putting military pressure on it.

But the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPPK is nothing but the last-ditch efforts of those who are taken aback by the ever-mounting might of the DPRK and those with the doom near at hand.

Though the U.S. is going frantic in its moves to block the advance of the DPRK, its army and people are more dynamically advancing with great national self-esteem, revolutionary enthusiasm and fortitude.

The U.S. will clearly see how the DPRK rises up overcoming all trials.
