Present there were personages of the university including its managing director and president, Taekwon-Do players and masses.

Present there on invitation were officials of the DPRK mission in Mongolia and Taekwon-Do instructors.

The managing director of the university said it decided to hold the championship every year to praise the great revolutionary career and exploits of President Kim Il Sung and widely introduce them among youngsters of Mongolia.

He evinced his will to contribute to the development of friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries through the championship.

The august name and exploits of Kim Il Sung who provided a foundation for Mongolia-DPRK friendly relations by visiting Mongolia two times are always remembered by the Mongolian people, he added.

Then followed Taekwon-Do games and demonstrations.
