A decision on the formation of the preparatory committee was issued by the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions on March 18.

The preparatory committee with Mikhail Panchenko, general secretary of the above-said International Alliance, and Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, as co-chairmen includes heads of organizations for the study of the Juche idea from different countries including Belarus and Kazakhstan, according to the decision.

The preparatory committee decided to hold diverse events such as seminar praising the undying feats of the President and widely introduce the immortal exploits of the President, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un in the East European and Central Asian countries.
