Joint Tree-Planting with Russian Embassy Members Held

| Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- A joint tree-planting with staff members of the Russian embassy here took place at the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Site on Tuesday on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the conclusion of the agreement on economic and cultural cooperation between the DPRK and the Russian Federation. Present there were officials concerned, the Russian ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy officials. The participants visited President Kim Il Sung's birthplace in Mangyongdae. They planted trees around his old home. |
