The work, published on Oct. 16, Juche 83 (1994), indicates the tasks and ways for defending the revolutionary cause of President Kim Il Sung and accomplishing it to the last, including the issue of consolidating the party and strengthening the single-minded unity of the leader, the party and the masses, the issue of thoroughly carrying out the party's revolutionary economic strategy and the issue of reinforcing the People's Army and establishing the social traits of attaching importance to the military affairs.
