At an inaugural ceremony of a preparatory committee for celebrating his birth anniversary held by the Communist Party of Germany on March 18, Torsten Schoevitz, chairman of the party, said this, and went on:

Comrade Kim Il Sung liberated the country from the colonial rule by the Japanese imperialists seventy years ago and founded the Workers' Party of Korea.

He also led the hard-fought war against the U.S. and its followers to victory and wisely led the building of Korean-style socialism.

A lot of famous works published by him are the textbooks of life and struggle which brightly indicate the path to be followed by the Korean people and world progressives.

Comrade Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il turned the DPRK into an invincible socialist fortress.

Today the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is successfully carrying forward to completion their revolutionary cause.

The Communist Party of Germany will as ever conduct more dynamic activities for supporting the just cause of the Korean people together with the world progressives.
