Supreme leader Kim Jong Un in his work "Let the Entire Party, the Whole Army and All the People Conduct a Vigorous Forest Restoration Campaign to Cover the Mountains of the Country with Green Woods" on February 26, Juche 104 (2015) set forth the important task for forest restoration campaign and called for mobilizing all the forces and means to push forward the campaign.

The forest restoration is an urgent task of the times which brooks no further delay.

It is the sacred task and bounden duty for the Korean people, descendants of President Kim Il Sung and soldiers and disciples of leader Kim Jong Il to turn the country associated with their noble patriotic soul into a socialist paradise.

The on-going campaign for forest restoration is not a mere business-like one for planting and growing trees. This is a worthwhile patriotic one to build a thriving socialist nation on this land by our efforts and resources and fierce standoff with the imperialists who are desperate to stifle the DPRK at any cost and a struggle to defend socialism.

We should resolutely smash the vicious sanctions of the enemies by dynamically waging the forest restoration campaign and fully display the advantages and vitality of Korean-style socialism.
