Day of Sun to Be Marked in Russia

| Pyongyang, March 17 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was formed by "Jongilbong" Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Ulyanovsk Region on March 12. Aleksandr Kruglikov, chairman of the association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold political and cultural events to praise the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Il Sung from March 12 to April 17. |
