The national leader highly praised President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for founding and leading the Workers' Party of Korea to victory and thus protecting the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK and laying a strong foundation for building a thriving socialist nation.

He went on:

The WPK and the people of the DPRK have achieved successes in the drive for hastening the final victory despite the anti-DPRK moves of the U.S. and other hostile forces. This is ascribable to the outstanding leadership of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is successfully carrying forward the idea and cause of the great Comrade Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il.

He referred to the fact that an appeal to the communist parties, workers' parties and other progressive political parties and the people of the world calling for splendidly celebrating the 70th anniversaries of Korea's liberation and the WPK was adopted at the seminar.

The Workers' Party of Mexico will as ever fully support all the policies and measures of the WPK for the independent reunification of Korea and the building of a thriving socialist nation.
