Preemptive Attack Is Not Monopoly of U.S. and S. Korean Puppet Forces: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, March 15 (KCNA) -- The on-going U.S.-south Korea joint military exercises Key Resolve and Foal Eagle are typical offensive drills and a test nuclear war aimed to mount a surprise and preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK from A to Z, says Rodong Sinmun Sunday in an article.

The main purpose of those exercises are to enhance the combined and joint operational capabilities of the U.S. imperialist aggression forces and the south Korean puppet army and finally round off the overall war preparation, pursuant to the scenario for preemptive attack on the DPRK, the article notes, and goes on:

This year's saber-rattling is aimed to acquire the capabilities for preemptive nuclear strike at strategic depth and important bases of the DPRK.

As it has been clear that the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces made it a fait accompli to unleash a nuclear war and are putting spurs to it, the DPRK cannot remain a passive onlooker to it.

The servicepersons and people of the DPRK are sharply watching the saber-rattling by the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet military gangsters with the greatest vigilance.

The powerful Paektusan revolutionary army keeps within their sight not only all forces involved in the drills but military bases in south Korea and other parts of the world, White House, Chongwadae and other bases for aggression and provocation.

If the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces drop a bomb over the inviolable waters, air and territory of the DPRK, it will wipe them out with merciless blow.

Preemptive attack is not a monopoly of the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces.

The DPRK will mount merciless just strike at objects it needs at the necessary time, unrestrained, without any warning and advance notice. This last warning is not hot air.
