Speakers said at the press conference that more than 100 years had passed since the women workers waged actions in demand of their rights but discrimination is still going on.

They said:

Though their co-worker died due to labour accident, women workers were not allowed to bid farewell to her and were forced to do hard labor for a meager wages.

The same is the fate of those women having regular jobs.

They vowed to carry on their actions till they will be able to live as human beings.
