Rodong Sinmun Accuses Park Geun Hye of Insulting Patriotic Spirit
Pyongyang, March 4 (KCNA) -- Shortly ago, the south Korean chief executive in an "address on March 1" talked rubbish that she "would bring about economic growth equivalent to that in 30 years to come through three years of economic innovation", keeping mum about the blame for economic failure and deterioration of people's living caused after she took office. Closing her eyes to Japan's moves for grabbing Tok Islets getting extreme recently, she begged her master to write a "history of partnership in 50 years to come" together with him over the issue of the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army and the issue of distortion of history textbooks. As regards the inter-Korean relations, she pretended to do something for "dialogue" and "cooperation" but took issue with the just nuclear deterrence of the north and urged it to "dismantle nukes" and opt for "opening" and "change".

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Wednesday terms the "address" made by Park Geun Hye treacherous outbursts intended to deceive and mock at the people, kowtow to foreign forces and escalate the confrontation with compatriots at any cost.

It is a tragedy and a political chicanery provoking laughter of all people that Park, a puppet of foreign forces, made an "address" on the significant day when the Korean nation not yielding to foreign forces fully demonstrated its spirit of independence and patriotic stamina, the commentary notes, and goes on:

She talked about the nation's "independence and sovereignty" and "peace" in her "address on March 1" after kicking off the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises aimed to bring a nuclear disaster to the inviolable territory of the country together with the U.S. This is an unpardonable insult to the noble patriotic spirit of the nation and fellow countrymen.

If the south Korean authorities are truly concerned for north-south dialogue and cooperation, they should halt war maneuvers against the other dialogue party, to begin with.
