The Bangladeshi paper Industry said in an article "The Feats Performed for the Socialist Cause" on Feb. 7:

Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il performed undying feats for the socialist cause.

The greatest of them is that he protected the destiny of socialism.

An important one is that he ushered in a new era of a great adance of the socialist cause.

The Egyptian paper Al－Misaiya on Feb. 3 said in an article "Life for the Future":

Kim Jong Il devoted all his life to achieving the prosperity of Korea.

"For the future!" represented his patriotic spirit that ran through his whole life.

Not only the Korean people but also other progressives of the world will always keep deep in their hearts the great image of Kim Jong Il who devoted himself to the work for the country and its people.

A Senegalese paper, too, carried an article praising his life dedicated to the future on Feb. 11.
