An opening ceremony of the Korean photo, book and handicrafts exhibition was held in Komsomolsk-na-Amure City, a meeting in Nidjegorod Region and lectures in Khabarovsk and Ulyanovsk cities from Feb. 10 to 13.

Displayed at the venue of the exhibition were photos documenting the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

On display there were their works, photos and books introducing the advantages and invincibility of Korean-style socialism and handicrafts showing the wisdom and talents of the Koreans.

The mayor of Komsomolsk-na-Amure City said Kim Jong Il's visit to the city will be recorded forever in the history of developing the Russia-DPRK friendship.

The chairman of the Nidjegorod Regional Branch of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea praised Kim Jong Il for turning the DPRK into a military power, upholding the banner of Songun.

The secretary of the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said the vitality of the Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il has been given full play day by day.

The chairman of the "Jongilbong" Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Ulyanovsk Region said that Kim Jong Il was not only the great leader who wisely led the building of Korean-style socialism but the Songun brilliant commander who defended the sovereignty of the DPRK and destiny of the nation with his Songun politics.
