S. Korean Puppet Forces Slammed for Shutting down Jaju Minbo
Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet forces recently shut down Jaju Minbo, which had conducted legitimate media activities, by egging the judicial authorities on to the action after charging it with "enemy-benefiting" and "following the north".

A spokesman for the DPRK Measure Council for Human Rights in South Korea in a statement on Friday denounced the puppet forces' act of shutting down Jaju Minbo as an intolerable violation of human rights and democracy and a blatant challenge to the nation's desire for harmony and reunification.

The situation proves that "democracy", "freedom of expression" and "human rights" which the present ruling forces tout whenever an opportunity presents itself are just hypocrisy to deceive the public and justify their fascist dictatorial rule and north-south confrontation.

The puppet regime's forcible closing of Jaju Minbo is designed to stamp out progressive and democratic forces it considers obstructive to sycophancy and treachery, dictatorial politics and its moves to escalate the confrontation with compatriots and tide over its ruling crisis.

The fascist tyrants and arch human rights abusers do not hesitate to commit unethical crimes running diametrically counter to the universally accepted human rights and democracy of the times and mankind. It is the height of shamelessness for them to talk about non-existent "human rights" of someone while advocating the "defence of human rights."

The puppet group deserves judgment by the public and human conscience for its crimes against human rights and democracy before pulling up others over their "human rights".

The decision to close Jaju Minbo should be cancelled at once.
