I extend congratulations to you and all the Korean people on behalf of the "A Just Russia", a political party, and on my own behalf on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star, the birth anniversary of Comrade Kim Jong Il.

Comrade Kim Jong Il is immortal as the eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, the eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and the great leader of the DPRK for the Korean people.

Comrade Kim Jong Il was a genuine leader of the Korean people and organizer and encourager of all their achievements and victories.

The relations of friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding have been established between the Workers' Party of Korea led by Comrade Kim Jong Il for decades and "A Just Russia".

I hope that these relations would develop in the interests of the two states and peoples in the future, too.
