DPRK Film Shows Held Abroad
Pyongyang, February 22 (KCNA) -- DPRK film shows took place in Romania, Thailand and Indonesia between February 10 and 13 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il.

Participants watched the Korean films "International Friendship Exhibition House" and "Korea Today".

Present there were figures of the Party for Socialist Choice of Romania, the Romanian Workers' Association, the Romania-Korea Friendship Association, the World Cereals Company of Thailand, the Sun Food Company of Thailand and the Adita Ariya Prawira Ship Co. of Indonesia and masses.

The director of the World Cereals Company of Thailand said that he realized where is the source of strength of the Korean people who are dynamically building a thriving nation, undeterred by the U.S. economic pressure and military threat.

The chief for marketing of the Sun Food Company of Thailand and other speakers said they felt more deeply the boundless reverence of the progressives for Kim Jong Il. He performed immortal exploits not only in the ideological and theoretical aspects but also in the national defence field, they added.

The director of the Adita Ariya Prawira Ship Co. of Indonesia expressed the will to make positive efforts to introduce the DPRK to help the world people have proper viewpoints and understanding of it under the situation where the U.S. and other hostile forces are putting economic sanctions on socialist Korea and kicking up a "human rights" racket to stifle it.
