Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that thanks to the Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il the DPRK victoriously concluded the Arduous March and emerged a nuclear weapons state and satellite manufacturer and launcher.
