The editorial recalled that Won Se Hun, former director of the Intelligence Service, was detained in the court as the IS's interference in the election was confirmed to be guilty on Feb. 9.

It held that IS's interference in the election can never be justified.

To lay a stumbling block in the way of the investigation into the case to let the truth about it not be fully probed is another crime, it said, demanding the chief executive tell the truth and bear due responsibility for it.
