Sit-in Strike of Bereaved Families Supported in S. Korea

Pyongyang, February 11 (KCNA) -- South Korean bereaved families of victims of 501-Oryong ship sinking accident are staging a sit-in strike in demand of steps for putting the accident under control.

The angry bereaved families staged a protest sit-in strike outside the head office of the fishing boat company in Sodaemun District, Seoul.

Their action is fully supported by civic and public organizations.

The bereaved families of the ferry Sewol disaster held a press conference on the scene on Feb. 5 together with the bereaved families of 501-Oryong ship disaster.
