According to KBS of south Korea on Feb. 5, as regards the disclosed fact that an army colonel habitually committed sexual abuses against a service woman under his command, the commander of the First Corps let loose reckless remarks shifting the blame for the sexual abuses onto the victim.

At a meeting of major commanding officers of the Ground Force of the puppet army the commander patronized the criminal by questioning "Why did not the service women clearly express their unwillingness if they displeased to do any service?"

He insulted the victims far from making an apology for the sexual abuse in the unit under his command and severely punishing the criminal. This clearly shows what alarming phase the immorality and corruption in the upper echelon of the puppet army has reached.
