Kim Jong Il's Image Will Be Kept in Hearts of Progressives: Foreign Papers
Pyongyang, February 10 (KCNA) -- Foreign papers carried special write-ups on the occasion of the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il.

The Mongolian paper UB Post on Feb. 2 dedicated one whole page to a special write-up with the portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il.

The paper in an article titled "Mt. Paektu and Kim Jong Il" praised the peerless great man who was born as the son of the guerrillas on Mt. Paektu, the sacred mountain of the revolution, and made an immortal contribution to the Korean revolution and the human cause of independence with his distinguished political ability, matchless courage and pluck.

The Indian paper Indian and World Event on Feb. 3 carried various articles under the headline of "Kim Jong Il, great master of independent politics" illustrated with his photo.

The paper in an article titled "Eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission" noted that his feats will be glorified forever along with the eternal prosperity of the DPRK.

The Nigerian paper Nigerian Observer on Feb. 3 ran an article titled "Life for future".

The paper said that Kim Jong Il dedicated his all to the bright future of the country and the people.

It was his aim and worth to do work for the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people, the paper noted, adding:

His image will be kept forever in the hearts of not only the Korean people but also progressives.
