The performance began with chorus "We Wish Supreme Commander Good Health ". Put on the stage were orchestra and chorus "Song of the Korean People's Army", chorus "Cantata to Marshal Kim Il Sung", male chorus "Let's Defend the Party Central Committee at the Cost of Our Lives" and other pieces.

The performers sang high praises of the exploits Kim Il Sung performed by successfully accomplishing the cause of building regular revolutionary armed forces.

They made an artistic representation of the brilliant history of the heroic Korean People's Army which has steadfastly carried forward the tradition of invincibility and its own revolutionary nature generation after generation.

Serial songs "Distinguished Military Service Medal of Soldier", "May Tell Love of Soldier", "Soldiers Call Me Bush Warbler" and "Train and Train" which reflect the revolutionary spirit and optimism of service personnel stirred up the festive atmosphere.

The performance reflected the firm pledge of the service personnel and people of the DPRK to achieve the final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un. It ended with chorus "Revolutionary Armed Forces Uphold Leadership of Marshal Only".
